🌍✨ Happy International Women's Day ✨🌍👩
In celebration of this important day and as part of the Wikidata & OpenStreetMap Datathon & Mapathon during International Open Data Days 2025, we are launching a special mapping initiative today to identify and document Women Police Stations in OpenStreetMap & Wikidata. 🚔👩✈️
Women Police Stations play a vital role in ensuring women’s safety, justice, and empowerment. Mapping them helps make crucial information more accessible to communities, supports gender-based safety initiatives with reliable open data, and strengthens OpenStreetMap and Wikidata by adding important public infrastructure data.
