All these categories exist in ca.wiki, but there are hundreds of them. Is there a bot that, given the corresponding translations, could go fix those?

I can't find the born in and died in categories on cawp. Are you sure you have those in Catalan? I know we don't have them on the Dutch Wikipedia.

Does anyone know how to filter out categories and templates? Something like not instance of (P31) category (Q4167836) or template (Q11266439)
