Is it wrong to include more than one Q. in a P131

 

where you have an instance of a settlement, village etc. within the city limits and that city being within a district oblast etc.

 

and within that village as in P31, are your Q131596, Q11451, and Q10480682, which makes it a Q570116) as well.
