Here's a tweaked spreadsheet I've quickly knocked up that includes DBpedia URIs. Why? Because, I can sorta cheat with URI construction based on the pattern used by DBpedia. Hopefully, someone could derive a variant with a column for Wikidata URIs, and then share accordingly.
