I thank you for your answer. It is an absolutely excellent effort. This will let us ameliorate the quality of the Wikidata-driven medical ontology. However, please just send me the list of duplets you did not merge so that I can verify them later.

Thanks Houcemeddine,
I merged most of them. A couple can't be merged because they have different wikipedia pages in the same language, there's one or two that have different terminology across external sources, and one that I made an issue on the disease ontology's github to ask about.
