In answer to questions about the purposes for ConceptMap (live at
http://ConceptMap.io), I've expanded the blog post and updated the
video. Here is the updated blog post:

Also, for your convenience, here is a link to the updated video, as
well as the additional text in the post. I'd appreciate any continued
input and questions that you have:
https://vimeo.com/151407497 [3]One of the core features of ConceptMap is the synchronized navigationbetween Wikipedia articles and their Wikidata semantic relationships. In the brief video, for example, the Wikipedia article named "DavidBowie" is displayed in the rightmost panel. The semantic relationshipsdefined in Wikidata for David Bowie (whose Wikidata identifier is"Q5383") are displayed in the center panel. The user can see the itemsrelated to David Bowie (e.g. All the Young Dudes), as well as therelevant Wikidata properties (e.g. performer). When the user clicks ona related item, the Wikipedia article for that item appears in therightmost panel. Conversely, when the user clicks an article link in aWikipedia page, the center panel is updated to show the relationshipsdefined in the Wikidata item corresponding to that article. Thissynchronized navigation feature enables the user to explore areas ofinterest using an approach that combines structured (Wikidatarelationships) and freeform (Wikipedia links) navigation.Another core feature of ConceptMap is the dynamically created directedgraph in the leftmost panel. When a Wikipedia article is displayed andits corresponding Wikidata item appears in the title area, the "Pinitem" checkbox may be used to pin/unpin the item from the concept map. Each of the pinned items appear as labeled circles (nodes) in theconcept map. As items are added to the graph, relationships fromWikidata are displayed as labeled lines (links) between the nodes. As shown in the video, the Wikidata icon in the upper right portion ofthe page opens the Wikidata page for the selected item. This is usefulfor adding missing relationships to Wikidata, as shown in the videowhen adding "space rock" to the list of genres for his song entitledSpace Oddity. To share or bookmark a concept map, click the buttonwith the link icon as shown in the video. A shortened URL appears thatyou can copy.In future posts I plan to share details of the technologies and codeinvolved in creating this application. In the meantime, whether youare a learner, researcher, teacher, or all of the above, I hope thatyou'll take it for a spin!Regards,James WeaverTwitter: @JavaFXpertOn Sun, Jan 10, 2016, at 04:30 PM, Jo wrote:I was able to do a mind map like thing with it.
