Not only for stub creation, but for templates importation. How many times Wikipedias have reinvented infoboxes? Every edition has its own parameters... This makes DBpedia task harder.
Not really for text synthesis as such, but perhaps for reuse of data
from Wikidata in synthesized text.
I'm not really sure if people even in WMF know how important text
synthesis is for small languages. With a modest amount of work even
small language projects on Wikipedia will be usable.
