I recently downloaded the following file: "wikidata-20210830-all.json.bz2" available here: https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/20210830/

I used the timestamp "20210830" (30th of August 2021) to get this dataset. My question is the following:  What range of dates does the file cover? Is it the month of August? Or the previous month (July)? 

Can someone explain to me how the data is aligned?
