what's the usage of the Person class ?

'Person' [1] should generally be avoided.  For background, see the discussion about how to classify subjects like Coco Chanel in [2].  That's the basis for the note "not for use with P31, instead use Q5 human".  Pretty much all the items that link to 'person' [3] shouldn't. 

For fictional characters, the convention is to classify them as 'fictional character', e.g. as done for Jack Bauer [4].  There are some tricky knowledge representation issues with fictional entities.  For example, how do we ensure that Harry Potter is not returned in a query for all people born in London in 1984?  The fictional universes project [5] aims to address problems like that.
