You can define such "sub-property" relationships, yes (but  please don't use
"subclass" for this, properties are not classes).

However, using such relationships for queries is a lot harder. They essentially
add an entire dimension of data to process. It's possible, and would be cool,
but it's not easy, so don't hold your breath...
