You rest your case Fine. You do not address the point that an official name is exactly that. It is the name as used by authorities. Typically it is what is used in registers, in passports. You do not have those for your convenience in any language. It does not matter what you can read or not. What matters is that you can accept is that it is not about you and your understanding. For this it is not relevant.

When you want to make a trip to another country you look for the label for your item.
