Very nice. Thanks for taking the initiative. In general, I already find Wikidata a great, friendly community to work with, but it is better to cement this now to be sure it stays this way :-) After all, friendliness can always be improved in online communication (already by remembering that some people are more sensitive than others to the tone of an email ;-). I think we are already doing very well on encouragement and openness, but again it's important to keep this up.
