H4stings has created a user script to show Wikidata changes in the history of a Wikipedia article. (It should also work on the other sister projects.) https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T42358#2363346

The script is at https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilisateur:H4stings/wef-history.js 

I'd love to hear your feedback on it so we can see if that is a direction we should explore further.
