zgrep -Eoe '%3Chttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.wikidata.org%2Fentity%2FQ[1-9][0-9]+%3E' dump.gz | cut -d 'Q' -f 2 | cut -d '%' -f 1 | sort | uniq -c | sort -nr
should do the trick.
