I don't know who is set up (if anyone) to access Google's Search Console on behalf of Wikidata or Wikimedia, but it might potentially help here.

This would be great tooling to have in general: a way for WD editors (admins?) to send a "please update now" query to Google and other indexes, for cases where time is of the essence.

Nonetheless, take into account that Google treats Wikipedia sites specially (also probably wiktionary, wikisource... not sure if Wikidata as well). It usually picks changes real quick, but it seems to be lagging on this case.
