If there is one thing I would say it is that we really want to compare data. When the comparison starts with existing data and curating the differences, trust is build that allows for subsequent addition of missing statements. After this inclusion of missing items is an option. This is how trust is build, nb the process of reconciliation of differences is best a continuous effort for both parties.
