I think we already have that with

This is to be used to provide links to reliable external resources that
are not the item's official website, when no relevant "authority
control" property exists
(note: this should be moved to the property statements)
Scroll down on that link and look at its listed patterns that eventually get added to the TODO list.
(look at the other See also properties it lists as well - which I often use)
NOTE: I'm not an expert on this particular P973 property of Wikidata however.
