I don't know if this was intentional or not, but it's worth pointing out, it doesn't really make any sense to have the trailing "I" on the @base, since that's going to get wiped out during the URI Reference resolution process, unless your URI Reference is a <?query> or <#fragment>.

The reference <0884049582> would be resolved to <http://isbn.example.com/0884049582>, for instance.
