Thankis Lydia, it broke for me yesterday morning, but it was fixed this morning - no idea what caused it or what fixed it. I did try deselecting all options and reselecting them, but nothing seemed to help yesterday. I did notice however that the function as it exists today has changed: there is an option "Select for merging" now which wasn't there before it broke yesterday.

Nothing should have changed, no. Can you check if you get any
javascript errors? You can do this in Chrome for example by clicking
F12 and looking for the console part.
