I'd like to give hinting for owned by (P127)

where start time (P580) (qualifier) and end time (P582) (qualifier) are hinted to a user.

How is that qualifier hinting possible?

I know on topics we can add properties for this type (P1963) but I could not find info for Qualifiers, and ideally it would be nice to have on the Help:Qualifiers page
