If Magnus meant "double redirect" (i.e. Q1 redirects to Q4, and Q4 redirects to Q13 / Q1=>Q4=>Q13), there is pywikibot/redirect.py [1] to fix double redirects, but apparently it does not work on Wikibase. (see T77971[2].)

I am not aware of a bot doing that yet. But I think there should be.
We could probably do something in Wikibase itself but my gut feeling
is that this is better handled by a bot. I don't think we can fix
these immediately because there are cases where the merge is wrong for
example.
