seems the sites table and the other Wikibase tables stopped being included after https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/20151123/ 

Unfortunately, I don't understand this part of the dump infrastructure so well but can try to look + probably need to ask Ariel. (and a task in phabricator would be helpful)

 
New name? Different system? In the latter case: where do I now find the language, page URL, file URL, and group for sites that Wikidata links to?


not that I know, and think this is probably not the case.
