Are there any objections against, or concerns with, dropping the configurability of entity id prefixes? Hardcoding these in their associated entity classes will make a lot of things easier.
To clarify, entity id prefixes are things such as the "Q" in "Q42" for item ids or the "P" in "P1337" in property ids.
