I think several times that sending the weekly reminders regarding the "Wednesday: Technical Advice IRC Meeting" takes some time, I suggest to automate this using Gmail API, I have written a python script once[1]. I'm not sure we really need this but I hope this might be helpful. For any other queries please feel free to ping me or send me a direct email.
