Can you (or Annie) explain the "Shoutouts" at the end of the presentation? Are those quotes from study participants, or from unrelated Wikibase users?

Interesting research. I do wonder where "Telegram channel isn't easily searchable" comes in (on "Support/Documentation") - the search tool seems adequate to me, although it could do better identifying threads of conversation or group them per day, so one conversation doesn't give ten hits because it has the word in.
Perhaps the meaning is that content in the Telegram channels doesn't appear in Google search? Or the users might just not have been familiar with Telegram, and this is the first time using it.

Yes, from what I remember from the interviews, they meant that the knowledge shared in the Telegram group is only accessible to people in it and not to the people trying to find answers in search engines.
We are planning to maintain an FAQ in our documentation to address this.
