Query Service Updater fix

We've fixed a long-standing issue https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T354266 affecting the Query Service Updater. This improvement makes the service more reliable and addresses a problem that has been reported by users over time. Custom Query Service examples

You can now replace the default Wikidata query examples with your own, similar to how query examples work in Wikibase Cloud. We have a related Phabricator ticket https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T428434.

Important: This feature adds a new wiki page that stores your query examples. The Query Service automatically reads this page and displays the examples in the interface. Documentation for this feature is coming soon.
