Hi Matthew, My experience may be of value to the group: my problem stemmed from a difference in timing between docker-ce and upstream docker or docker-compose. The solution was to add a dependency for elasticsearch healthy up, for wikibase. That dependency is in the pipeline, I am told. My wikibase suite deploy instance is up and running properly now.
