I have an openrefine reconciliation service running here: https://openrefine.prosop.wiki/

I have made some config error, I think, because it is not running correctly in openrefine.

When I try to add a wikibase, it says "manifest should have required property 'version'"

When I try reconcile > add standard service, it says "Guess Types query failed error : java.io.IOException: HTTP error 403 :  for URL /en/api"
