Hello,

In April, the Wikimedia Foundation notified the Wikibase Community User Group that its annual report due to February had not been submitted yet [1]. This report is necessary for the user group to stay a recognized affiliate of the Wikimedia Foundation. Following discussions on Meta (see previous link) and on the Wikibase group on Telegram, several issues have been identified, like the lack of official group contacts for the user group.

I propose a dedicated online meeting on June 9 at 16:00 UTC to discuss these issues [2]. The agenda can of course be discussed and improved.
