The pilot version of the hosting policy https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Wikibase.cloud/Hosting_policy_(pilot_version) is ready to be tried against real Wikibase. You can fill in your project details to participate in the pilot project.

If you would like multiple instances to be reviewed, please submit an application for each instance. -

Applicants will receive individual notifications with tentative outcomes and explanations of reasoning.* -

No personal information will be collected aside from the email associated with your Wikibase instance. (Please note: It will be deleted as soon as it is verified or, at the latest, within 90 days.)

The pilot will conclude at the latest on June 30th, 2026. Afterward, a summary of findings will be shared publicly with the community.
