Easy and obvious. Magnus showed the way and it is indeed in gamification.
When the WMF exposes this approach and stops thinking in Wikipedia only, it
will get a lot more contributions and, we can become a platform for
interactive stuff that is nice to do, has a benefit and makes the time go
by.
I can think of several other things that we could give a boost.
