Well, my ignorance is my own and does not reflect the community of
Wikipedia researchers. :)

If you want anything that is less stale, I think you're going to have to try to
cut a deal with WMF to collect it.

If the WMF is open to discuss this aspect, I'll be more than ready to discuss possible agreements. Anyone could please point me to the right people to contact to discuss this possibility ?
