Possibly but not probably. I'm looking at this for a chapter of my dissertation. My dissertation is focused on doing a population study. Motivation is interesting though. If there appear to be patterns, it might be worth exploring things. (I know that some women's soccer team articles are edited more by people from outside Australia than inside Australia. This differs from AFL teams.)
