Looks like no one ever answered your question from back in the spring, sorry about that.

It looks like most of the papers from the program page should be working:

There are a few broken links on that page that do work in the schedule page:
http://orga.wikisym.org/ws2012/Schedule.html

I don't think I have editing rights, but if you send me the paper names you're trying to access I'll try to get them fixed.
