I heard a portion of the discussion during the September metrics meeting about Comscore saying that Wikimedia globally has a significant decline in unique visitors but this does not take into account mobile users.

I thought that Wikimedia was developing an internal way of measuring unique visitors and was using Comscore data mainly to validate the internal data.
