Doc,
I believe the DVDs have been delivered by now. Please let me know if someone has not received their copy. I understand that the delivery took longer than you had anticipated, (I think I said it would take me 3 months to deliver). This was mostly due to my busy work schedule. With this in mind I am willing to discount my service. I believe the agreed amount was $1000 upon completion. This seems unreasonable to me, considering the length of time it took to deliver the DVDs. So I will take that into account when compiling my invoice. With that in mind,
who do I send my Invoice to?
Some thoughts on next time (If you so choose to employ my services again).
-I think it would be a more advantageous use of our time if the Shakespeare at Winedale program handles the sale of the DVDs.
-I can still handle the replication and delivery of the DVDs.
-This will allow me to concentrate on the quality of the project.
-People are usually more comfortable writing checks out to the establishment of Shakespeare at Winedale rather than, "some guy".
-The Shakespeare at Winedale program could keep the revenue of the DVDs sales and I could just bill my costs plus labor or a flat rate.
On a completely different note, have you ever considered a historical documentary film on the Shakespeare at Winedale program? I would be open to discuss how this could be done.
As always It was a pleasure to work with you and the Shakespeare at Winedale program.
