Okay, seriously ...no kidding aside-- whatever -- but we ARE going to have calisthenics in the morning and improvs (!) - at least the first couple of days - at night, right?  Did I go to sleep for 40 years and everything at Winedale changed? - Don't answer that!  Please tell me now and I'll stop looking for my copy of Spolin.   And stop with my jumpingjacks.  And I'll be quiet, I promise.   And no food allergies.  Except almonds.  And navy beans.  I can't abide navy beans. Thank you.
