Hello Sebastian,<br><br>Being an EC member of a newly approved chapter, I found your email very interesting &amp; informative. Since Wikimedia Bangladesh is still in the formation process, I believe we can learn a lot from Wikimedia Wikimedia Deutschland about operating a chapter successfully.<br>

This is done once a year, usually after the spring assembly when the members hear the annual report.<br>
