Just fact-checking.
After I read this inquiry, I moved the latest version on meta to the
foundation website. Of course, I am not sure if it is the best
version, as non-Spanish speaker, however, it seemed more Asturian ...
And anyway, translation isn't going on the foundation website, but on
meta:
As Titoxd supposed, the first two versions of "Asturian"-oriented are
indeed Spanish. A native Spanish edited those versions, supposedly
from the reason of closer familiarity between Spanish and Asturian.
Later a ast-3/es-n editor made correction, and that version was what I
moved to, and what you see on the website.
Has any editor recommendation for fixing that? He or she can start his
work immediately at
Cheers,

No, that could be Asturian (I don't know it, so I

albeit the rest of page is in perfect Spanish, which I do speak natively.
Reading the page in more detail, only the tagline is translated, as well as
a few other words, such as "ye" after "La Fundación Wikimedia", but
entire
sections of text are not.
However, I do believe that the reason could be that the translators were
translating the Spanish page to Asturian, as you suggested. This diff does
suggest that:
http://wikimediafoundation.org/w/index.php?title=Donativos&diff=next&am…
3719. Considering, though, that the translation edit was made only today, I
guess that we can cut them some slack... ;)

OTRS just got a notice about this - the Asturian page linked from the
Donations page (
http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donativos) has
identical text to the Spanish page
(
http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donaciones), and my untrained eye
says that the text is in Spanish.

Hello,
Yes, it's in spanish, albeit a weird spanish 'Formes de donar' instead
of 'Formas de donar' and "Imaxina un mundu nel cual cada persona tien
accesu gratuitu a la suma de too'l conocimientu humanu. Eso ye lo que
tratamos de facer."
Maybe they are using the Spanish Donation page because it's easier to
translate from spanish to asturian.
