The Collaboration team newsletter has been translated into 7 languages, and
sent to 83 user talk pages and 2 community boards.

been removed, because it hasn't been merged yet. It will be included into
the next issue.

I plan to distribute that newsletter at the beginning of next week,
ideally on Monday evening UTC. The content is frozen, you can translate
safely.
