I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PST. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language.
There won't be any more edits; the text of the newsletter is final, and you can translate safely. I was sick yesterday and unable to prepare an early version.
