The newsletter will be sent to subscribers on Monday morning (UTC); all translations existing by that time will be posted on wikis in those languages.
There might be some edits tomorrow, but the content should remain fairly stable -- I will let you know as soon as a final version of the issue is published.

As a sidenote, I'd like to ask people who are translation administrators on Meta-Wiki to wait until we have a good draft before marking the page for translation.
Tomasz and I mark the weekly newsletter for translation as early as possible (usually on Friday), and when people mark it for translation before that, we haven't necessarily had the opportunity to review and simplify the content. This can lead to wasting the translators' time, because some items are removed, and most are rewritten to use simpler language.
It's fine to re-mark the page for translation over the week-end if there have been minor changes to propagate, but let's please be conservative during the week and protect the translators' time :)
Hi again, this is just to let you know that we just froze this week's issue of Tech News and published its final version at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Tech/News/2014/07.
Three new items have been added since my last e-mail to this list: * One about recent changes in the VisualEditor gallery tool; * One about the upcoming Bugzilla update and outage (scheduled for late evening on February 12 UTC); * One about upcoming rename of the <poem> tag.

Please make sure to translate the new items and update the existing ones. From now on, there will be no more changes coming.
The newsletter will be distributed to subscribers at around 08:00 UTC on Monday according to the publication schedule visible on top of the page on Meta.
