I also translated to French the announcement page about the disabled ULS, on the MediaWiki wiki (unfortunately the URL to that page is hidden in a tvar, so the link brings to the English-only version.

For now I added a language bar at top of the wiki page: if you want to translate the announcement, append the language code to the announcement page.

May be this page could use the Translate extension, however I cannot mark this page for translation on that wiki. If the Translate extension is used to translate the announcement, the existing translated page will be kept until one starts generating pages with it (otherwise it will remain in the page history).

The final version of the newsletter is now available. We haven't added
any new items.

One item was reworded a bit, but it doesn't require to update the
existing translations. Also, one item was moved to the next edition
because it makes more sense to announce it when it becomes available
to users.
