Hello translators!
The research team has started a new project consists into finding matches for section titles. For that project, we are looking for people with a certain proficiency in two of the following wikis:
- Arabic Wikipedia
- English Wikipedia
- Spanish Wikipedia
- French Wikipedia
- Japanese Wikipedia
- Russian Wikipedia
We are particularly looking forward people contributing in Wikipedias using different scripts (ar ↔️ fr, ru ↔️ es, ja ↔️ ar...). Most translations are already done for English.
The goal of that research is to map the different section titles. The final project is to create an algorithm to ease translations, by getting more accurate translations on section titles and a better alignement between conventions (
details).
