meta:Help:Extension:Kartographer is not totally marked for translation whereas the Tech News #37 links its "GeoShapes external data" section (which is not marked for translation).

So visitors which read Tech News in other languages than English will not see the linked information (even original English text is invisible on translations).

Can a translator admin mark the considered content for translation please?
