Does everybody translating TN have a good way solving the issue on mobile devices, dealing with the 2nd segment, which is the same each issue? Just save the localised paragraph on local notepad/editor or storage outside wikis? 
To be direct, when do we enjoy the luck and have that paragraph on the right pane as before for TN? For me, I have to open past issue and copy/paste the same paragraph, which I imagine safe to protect copyrights. 
Maybe you could update how close we are to regain the 2nd segment on the right pane again? (;
