I assumed that while the page had been marked for translation, the checkbox "do not
mark as outdated" near the changed translation unit had been checked by mistake. So I
tried to do a false edit with marking the page for translation twice. It should have fixed
the problem, but at first it didn't. Then I "fuzzied" two units in different
translations manually, and now I can see that it somehow finally triggered the FuzzyBot,
so now the translation completion displays correctly.

For some reason all the translations look as completed
even though they
have old date.
And I have just made a minor edit to the en page and now, when I try to
mark page for translation, it doesn't show the changed unit - the one that
was changed by another user in previous edit and wasn't marked for
translation.
