The text of the newsletter is now final. Three new items have been
added since yesterday. There won't be any more changes; you can
translate safely.

One item this week is of extra importance, as it notifies editors that
the wikis won't be editable for a few short periods of time. The link
doesn't really go anywhere yet; I'll update it on Monday once I have
compiled a good page to link to (e.g.
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Switch_Datacenter#Schedule_for_Q3_FY2015-2016_rollout
doesn't really explain much to the average editor; we need something a
little bit less technical). There will be a couple of other items
related to this in next issue of Tech News as well.
