I guess we don’t have a way to use a localized date/time format for each language? (The #time function seems to provide only the elementary pieces, not predefined date/time/date-time formats.) Because the “l F d H:i e” format is definitely not “universal” or anything, see e.g. https://unicode-org.github.io/cldr-staging/charts/latest/by_type/date_&_time.generic.html

Maybe we should have the format string translatable as well? Dunno, does it work? Or is there a better solution?
