One question about this item: 

"The page history will get a help link. This will go to Help:Page history on Meta. Wikis can exchange it for a link to their local pages."

Neither Phabricator nor the help page itself indicate how the link can be redirected to a local page. Should the newsletter include a link to the relevant instructions?

added since yesterday. There won't be any more changes; you can
translate safely.
